Hi, guys! I am so happy to bring this review to you! By my past reviews, you know I haven't really read many paranormal themes, and I've been on the hunt for a good one.

Well this is a good one.

Lets start with the theme. There is a constant Native American background throughout the book, and I absolutely loved that. I'm not a history junkie, but it is one of my best subjects. It was fascinating to read about the culture and different rituals that exist inside the culture. Ever since I was young, I remember reading about the Long Walk the Native Americans had to go through...and it was great to have that intertwined in a story that was not at all boring.

I also loved the romance inside the story. If you ever checked this book out on Amazon, you know it is sort of a lengthy read. The first hundred pages have such a rich romance, that even though the characters are new adults, it is such a cute elementary first love. It had me wringing my hands and smiling like "AH, that's so cute."

Finally, the paranormal elements. It was so great, I barely know how to explain it. There were many elements to the story; the afterlife, re-carnation, paranormal characters. Besides that, there are a lot of works incorporated inside the story itself that are great. Overall, I chose to keep the book on by shelves, giving it an eight out of ten. I'm very happy I used this book to introduce me to this genre...and there will definitely be more review of paranormal stories in the future.

How many books have you killed today?
